Sexual Harassment and your employees

An article we have recently published on our website looks at third party harassment and employer's liability, I found this particularly interesting and wonder how many employers are actually aware of their responsibilities with relation to the amendments made to the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 in April and the financial implications of non compliance.
